Announcing a collaborative partnership between Secrets of Success Restoration Life Association Overseer and His Successors and Troy Boy Foundation. The Secrets of Success Restoration Life Association is collaborating with the Troy Boy Foundation to host youth motivation intervention designed to target at risk youth and their families with the goal of combating violence and gang involvement in our community utilizing a preventive approach of motivation, Inspiration and Theatre Arts.

Mission
The Secrets of Success Restoration Life Association is a faith based non-profit association committed to working throughout individual, group and institutional settings; and focusing on youth motivation, self-help, counseling and community development. Secrets of Success Restoration Life Association are dedicated to individual and community restoration, improving the quality of life for the underserved and less fortunate through helping others to realize their calling and purpose.

The mission of the Troy Boy Foundation is to operate exclusively for mentoring, motivational and educational purposes in the area of empowering young people to support a positive and civil code of behavior. In furtherance of these purposes, the association will work to provide quality after school programs for youth and serve the public in matters of education and health; to develop and promote a National After School Performing Arts Program which fosters the development of positive social and emotional skills.

The Secrets of Success Restoration Life Association, Overseer and His Successors, share a deep concern that the prevalence of violence and gang involvement is the public health crisis in the United States and alarmingly so is most acute in the African American community. It is through this partnership that we will help educate our community and increase the awareness of the violence prevention strategies and gang involvement risk factors. Together, the Parties enter into this Memorandum of Understanding to mutually promote a programmatic approach on purposeful, healthy living.
